I love it when I have a story to share of a recent experience and that is just what I have in store for you today. My husband baked my sourdough starter (that I have tenderly babied for a month to get going) to 300 degrees ... wowza. Now, I could have harshly reacted and expressed disappointment on to him and justified every second of my behavior, and I didn't. What if we didn't do what we could justify, and instead chose to do what could lead to better interactions and truly teaching others how to treat us...

Ironically, I did the same thing to my sourdough starter the very next day and that is when the power of my chosen response really clicked for me.
