In this episode, Ben Cormack discusses how to update our narrative, understanding and patient explanations around posture. We also discuss definitions of posture and how it is difficult to pin down as a cause of symptoms due to the difficulty in defining and measuring posture. Ben also gives us wonderful explanations we can pass onto our patients without conveying too much uncertainty. 

Ben Cormack owns and runs Cor-Kinetic. He is a musculoskeletal therapist who specialises in a movement & exercise based approach with a strong education component and patient centered focus.
