What if all the bad things in your life turned into good? In this episode, I challenge the idea that painful events are bad and pleasurable events are good. In fact, I believe the pressure to make everything feel good, causes you to feel bad. I will give you a tip for adjusting perception about bad events, so instead of feeling upset, you feel grateful.
