Tim Hollingsworth

Chef Tim Hollingsworth is an award winning chef and restauranteur. He rose up the ranks at The French Laundry, a three-Michelin-star restaurant, and left to open Otium in Los Angeles (which happens to be my favorite restaurant in LA!).
