The masculine is the necessary "containers" and structure we create psychologically.
The feminine is what's in the "containers."
Sometimes we have to consciously ground the feminine or bring softness to the masculine.
Expanding your feminine awareness includes looking at when you're telling yourself the same story to "prove it's right."
A lot of our responses that we assume are mental/emotional actually do exist in the nervous system.
It's important to include the body in spiritual work.
A primarily feminine body has a "compass" - the oracle.
This is the hyper-aware (but often not consciously expressed) part of us that responds to discord in our environments.
This response is all-encompassing, even physical.
In the Heroine's Journey there's a rejection of the feminine that has to happen, and some don't come out of it.
A practice to ground: place your hand on your chest when you're speaking and feel the vibration of your words - connects the "two nervous systems."
