Episode 225 Aaron Coffman

Today Lisa gets a chance to talk with Aaron Coffman fresh off the course at Savage Race Chicago. Aaron got to run the Pro course and step onto the podium for 1st place age group. Then he went back out and ran the Blitz open. They discuss some of the safety protocols and the overall race experience. Aaron and Lisa also review what got him into OCR after years of road racing and how his training style changed for OCR.

Completing the Savage Race on July 25th was his 70th OCR.
