This year has been quite a challenge for many people, no doubt about it...and especially for the youth.

Many children have had remote learning, forced to wear masks at school, stay 6 feet away from their friends, and have even been told that socialization is not for school but for social media.

Kids are more isolated than ever before, receiving most of their interaction over video chat, online.

These kids are quite literally experiencing something that none of us have experienced during our childhood, or ever really.

As parents, we have likely asked ourselves the golden question, “What can I do to help my child?”

And that’s a GREAT question because our kids need us more than ever before.

They need to be reminded about love, touch, laughter, real conversation, and human interaction, and most of all they need to feel SAFE.

In this episode, I will share some parenting advice for those who are struggling during the pandemic. As a mother of 3, I know how challenging this all has been but luckily I have found ways to embrace the challenge and squeeze the gifts that have come out of this adversity.

Please know that you don’t have to feel powerless, defeated, or overly stressed anymore, there are ways to work around this and you too can use these times as the catalyst to deepen your relationships and help your kids reach success in ways that you may never have thought of before.
