Life today moves faster than ever. We’re constantly connected, constantly stimulated; and yet many of us feel more disconnected than ever. In this episode, I talk about how technology and the pace of modern life have changed the way we live, think, and connect. Growing up through a period before everything went digital, I share my experiences of life before and after the technological shift, how things have changed, and look at some of the challenges we face today.
