3 IN, 3 OUT: Seahawks defensive interior barely dents the Broncos crumple zone

In back-to-back weeks the Seahawks have lost to a former AFC West rival. This time they fall 30-3 to the Denver Broncos in another game where very few starting players see snaps. Because this is 3 IN, 3 OUT, we don't just focus on the worst aspects of the game and that allows us to put a spotlight on a guy like Nick Bellore who was literally all over the field. We also saw some improvements over last week from a young offensive linemen, while another showed us that he's not in line for the competition that we expected.
