089 - Part 26 - Why you aren’t fitting it all in - Lack of Effectiveness

Ok so today we are talking about lack of effectiveness. Or ineffective action taking. 

So one problem I frequently see behind you not fitting it all in - is that you are ineffective with your action taking. The actions you are taking are not effective at creating the results you want. And so you are essentially having to do twice as much to get the same results. Or even 3 times as much, or 4 times as much.  

So the impact of that - is that you are working yourself into the ground. You are sacrificing yourself and time with others in order to fit those extra hours in. In order to get the results you want.

So why are you not taking effective action? What is the root cause likely to be here?
