What the Heck is Feminine Embodiment? And WHY does it matter?

A year ago I had no languaging around Embodiment or what it truly meant to live as Divine Feminine. I was a mentor. I had been a stylist, I taught people how to make money AND the secret to all my success came by way of diving into the INNER work.

No matter what I was leading, I realize I had ALWAYS been an intuitive coach. Knowing that self help and personal development is great, but ultimately our answers were and are ancestral and INSIDE of us.

It was this SENSE beyond what was "logical". and I get that we live in a society that prefers it to be so:

Thinking > Feeling

Head> Heart

Logic > Intuition

Rational > Mystical

Yet a year ago I found myself in my 1st Goddess Yoga Class, a womens sensual flow centered around Embodiment. and there it was. The piece I knew I had always yearned for. The words. The practice. The Homecoming.

In todayʻs episode I share WHY I am not a "life coach" no shade, but not my style.

Why cultivating our sensuality and embodied work will serve every aspect of our life

How Embodiment is our natural state and the true doorway to confidence, healing and self trust.

If you feel I have been speaking a "foreign language this year" in so many ways you are right. Because Embodiment can be mistaken for "sexy dancing" or more mindset.
