Matthew McKay, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, professor of psychology at the Wright Institute, co-founder of Haight Ashbury Psychological Services, founder of the Berkeley CBT Clinic, and co-founder of the Bay Area Trauma Recovery Clinic, which serves low-income clients. He has authored and co-authored more than 40 books, including Seeking Jordan: How I Learned the Truth about Death and the Invisible Universe, The Luminous Landscape of the Afterlife: Jordan’s Message to the Living on What to Expect After Death, Love in the Time of Impermanence, and Lessons from the Afterlife: A Deep Knowledge Meditation Guidebook.
