This week we are joined by Dr. Priyanka Rao, licensed psychologist.  Dr. Rao has worked in clinics, universities and private practice.  She is a leader in our mental health community as an expert in neurodiversity, particularly in the area of ADHD.  Her coaching has exploded because she is real and explains all things Adult Women with ADHD in a way that we can all relate.  

In this episode, she talks about the control panel of our brain (aka executive functioning) as well as what are the true symptoms of ADHD in women.  She comes to us with humor and a genuine conversation where she sprinkles in all the gifts- explaining why ADHD is really not a disorder, how there are super powers within the symptoms and validating what we have been experiencing but did not understand!
