Constant attacks designed to leave us feeling invisible and "put out to pasture.”

Fear mongering and "it's the beginning of the end" story?

It can really mess with you.

On a bad day, you may even start to believe all the bs.

We've been trained to seek outside of ourselves for pretty much everything.

It's a huge distraction.

Truth is, everything we seek, we already have within us.

Sounds cliché, I know but hear me out.

What I've found to be true is that the third chapter of a woman's life can be the richest, juiciest, most fulfilling (romantically & sexually fulfilling too) chapter.
