This week we're doing our monthly segment, what's your problem, where we ask the members of the joinery business hub Facebook group to let us know what's been bothering them lately so we can discuss it on the podcast. This week's leading response was that business owners feel they're not getting enough profit. This is obviously a common response and a common issue most business owners have, even outside of joinery. Given how broad of a topic this is, Bruce cover's just a piece of it.

Everything in business has a cost. People, materials, overhead are all something you should be well aware of as a business owner and how the costs of these things affect your profit.
