Stan Kontos – The Power of Collaboration

Stan Kontos bought his first pharmacy in 1991 with his business partner, Peter. Star Pharmacy Group now has 59 pharmacies within the group across Australia. Stan had a seven-year itch that triggered new learnings about systemising a business, that lead to significant growth.  “You alone can do it, but you can not do it alone” says Stan. Collaboration underpins his business model.
