A woman in a male prison: Kylie Pt.2

Prisons are thought of as being dangerous but Kylie says she was assaulted more while working as a nurse than now, as a prison officer. After changing her career on her 40th birthday, she works to help reintegrate prisoners into the community. From running into former inmates on her way home to responding to emergencies behind bars, Kylie tells Gary Jubelin what it’s really like to work behind bars.
