Israeli Pilots Could Not Stop Thanking Us When We Went to Thank Them

Some of the best Kodak moments are ones you cannot film. We just came back from hosting a beautiful bar-b-que for pilots and crew who participated in the recent Operation Rising Lion, offering our thanks to them for protecting us, but they could not stop thanking us. It was remarkable, very special, and personal in that each pilot in his or her flight suit had their own story about why they were there, what they were doing, and why it was important. Security prevented us from taking pictures and capturing their stories, but you’ll take away a lot here about why it was so meaningful.
