In the information age, we are bombarded by so much content that we can spend a hundred life times consuming it and still have a bunch of content left over to consume. There is a pressure to always create content, especially if we believe it will help us advance in our careers in some way. In this episode of Relate, we discuss why we must not succumb to this pressure and why we must put boundaries in place in our content creation so as to not fall down the pressurized rabbit hole.
