Elana is a storyteller through movement, an intimacy, sex and empowerment coach, and community builder from new york city. She has made it her mission to protect, catalyze and empower the feminine, to awaken humanity and our connection to the planet.
Elana is the founder and ceo of wild vessel- an event series designed to re-define the feminine narrative in society - as well as the founder of meta method- a globally-recognized dance technique using the natural elements to advance emotional intelligence and well-being. As a dance and movement catalyst, she has performed at venues such as red rocks amphitheater and lincoln center alongside artists such as beyonce, the glitch mob, michael franti, and nahko. She's led workshops on the wanderlust tour, at esalen, summit series, and burning man.
