We are still live here in Las Vegas, NV for the Profit Rocket Summit and we are excited to have Roland Serb for the first time in the show! For those of you who don’t know Roland, he is the operations manager at Access Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. an Idaho-based HVAC service company that is responsible for keeping homes comfortable and providing quality HVAC services for 50 years! He has previously worked in the construction industry before he joined his father-in-law at Access Heating & Air. His passion is to carry his father-in-law’s vision of building great people to serve great people and to have a hand in the growth of the business!
