Today's episode is a fresh take on Discipline.
To me, discipline is freedom, but I don't really think about how I need to be a disciplined person, I think about what I want and what's important to me, and I spend time believing it's possible, then the discipline to accomplish things follows.
Discipline doesn't have to be, nor should it be, your goal. Make what you want your goal then learn how to believe in yourself. The discipline will be the effect of that embodied belief.
To the women who think of discipline as sacrifice or struggle, learn to reframe it to the freedom to give yourself what you want.
On a spiritual, energetic and physical level, we must earn what it is we want. We need to expand ourselves to be/do/have more. Effort (or discipline) is necessary for us to earn what we want.
Discipline is about being intentional about what you want MOST over instant gratification and this is a very high level way to be. How you feel can be very fleeting and in some cases we shouldn't rely on how we feel to determine what we do. This takes awareness and practice.
