Montana is known as Big Sky Country, but did you know that there is a brewery there focused on sustainable brewing and agricultural practices under that great big sky?
Wildwood Brewing in Stevensville, Montana, is doing just that. Jim Leuders, an OG in the Montana brewing scene and Patriarch and Head Brewer at Wildwood Brewing has been a creative soul since day one when he restored an old truck to pay for a Brewing Master Class in Germany years ago.
Years later, his creativity is evidenced through his organic brews, his sustainable farm, and his love for all things beer!
Utilizing waste from the brewery to create life elsewhere, Leuders is not only a brewer, but an artist who brings his creativity to everything, including ideas for growing mushrooms and oysters from byproducts of the brewing process.
So, instead of just going to Yellowstone, go there, then also head a bit north to Wildwood Brewing in Stevensville, Montana.
