There is a FEAR among many Democrats in West Virginia in seeing the TRANSformation in political ideology and the TRANSition from Blue to Red in all 55 counties. No where has voter IDENTITY changed more than in Wayne County - where Republicans now outnumber Democrats. Bruce Workman, chair of the Wayne Co.
