REALITY - Ep. 06

Hi everyone, This poem was and is about the struggles we all have in life and how we deal with them mentally, spiritually and physically. I wrote this when i was in a dark place, feeling nothing but disappear and trapped, in the sense that I couldn't see a way out. I for me, the only way I could and can deal with these moments in life is my artwork, whether with my paintings, designs etc. For me the only way i dealt with this dark cloud hanging over my head was with words. If you've followed my podcast you would realised i wrote a lot of poetry during the timelines of the early 2000's, just dealing with my issues. These words reflect exactly how I was feeling at the time, and I got through that period through the aid of my creative outlets, I never had anyone to talk that I truly trusted, sadly. so if anyone you know or if you are going through a lot, if you cannot speak to someone, use a form of creative outlet, you don't have to be a fantastic artist or anything just do something that releases that pressure. And those who might know someone who doesn't seem at ease, talk to them, be that person who listens without judgement or contempt, be the person who you wold like to be there for you in any situation.
