An 8-bedroom Victorian mansion boasting unparalleled views of the Hudson River and an unprecedented legal distinction, 1 Laveta Place was the first home to be declared 'legally haunted' by the New York State Supreme Court. Last sold in March, 2021, the so-called 'Ghostbuster's Ruling House' has been home to writers, filmmakers, musicians... and Revolutionary War-era ghosts.
