Midweek Mini | SoCal Pastor Put $40K Hit to Murder Daughter’s Boyfriend | Samuel Pasillas

In today's true crime documentary episode of Love and Murder: Heartbreak to Homicide, Ky delves into the case of a SoCal pastor accused of paying $40,000 to have his daughter's boyfriend killed. On October 21, 2022, Riverside police responded to a hospital where a 20-year-old man had been shot multiple times. The investigation revealed that this was a murder-for-hire plot orchestrated by Samuel Pasillas, a 47-year-old pastor from Victorville. Pasillas allegedly paid the hitmen to carry out the shooting because he disapproved of his daughter's relationship. The victim survived and provided crucial information to the police, leading to the arrest of Pasillas and his accomplice, Juan Manuel Cebreros. Both men were charged with multiple offenses, including attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder. The case remains under investigation, and authorities are seeking additional information from the public.
