Re-release: Indiana On Tap with Justin Knepp

Justin Knepp is the Founder and Managing Partner of Indiana On Tap, which is an Indiana craft beer media marketing and events company that started in 2014. Growing up in a small, southern Indiana town and attending a small, private liberal arts college, craft beer was never on Justin’s radar until one of his friends turned him into a fan in 2013. Nine years later and he owns one of the most recognizable brands to the Indiana craft beer community.

 

In the first half of this episode, you’ll hear Justin speak about how he came up with the idea for Indiana on Tap, what it was like trying to get the business started while working his day job full-time, and all of the things that IOT does (it’s more than just events!).

In the second half, you’ll hear him speak about his journey after college including being chased out of town by Sharky and the gang, some insight into his business and some things he sees for the future of the industry, and his definition of success.
