Judge Dismisses Comey and James Cases, Pentagon Investigating Sen. Mark Kelly: AM Update 11/25

A judge dismisses the cases against former FBI Director James Comey and NY AG Letitia James. While Comey celebrated the ruling, attorney Will Chamberlain warns it may not protect him from re-indictment. The Pentagon launches an investigation into U.S. Senator Mark Kelly over his role in a video urging service members to reject hypothetical unlawful orders. A Campbell's soup executive is allegedly caught on a recording insulting the company’s food, employees, and customers, prompting a lawsuit and an internal investigation. The National Weather Service warns that a disrupted Polar Vortex will bring an early blast of Arctic air and hazardous travel conditions as millions hit the road for Thanksgiving.
