人大叫停“连坐”又被误读！案例无关公务员考试

据媒体报道，日前全国人大法工委报告中明确，违法犯罪行为人罪责自担，不能株连或及于他人。这被媒体成为叫停“连坐”，并印发了是否放开犯罪人员子女考公的讨论，那么这件事怎么看呢？分享一点我的看法供参考。
