God’s Jurisdiction

What is the difference between the rule of law and the rule of man? At what point do we establish that man is not supposed to mess with laws that are in God's Jurisdiction? Mr. Constitution, Douglas V. Gibbs, explains that the very foundation and keystone of our system of liberty is based on the idea that the rule of law is based on God's Law, and the idea that we are endowed by God with our natural rights.
