In a conversation exclusive to CNBC, Hayes discusses Raytheon’s $1.2B Pentagon contract for missiles in Ukraine, as well as the other defense technology the U.S. provides in Ukraine and other warzones. As CEO of one of the world’s largest aerospace and defense contractors, Hayes considers how changes to the U.S. tax code could spur more domestic innovation.
