国家标准是否有版权？最高法多年前已明确，侵权售卖或有刑事风险

一家网站因提供免费下载国家推荐标准遭起诉，在审败诉被判赔15万，但目前仍有新的诉讼在进行，对对于国家标准有版权这件事很多人不能理解，这可能跟大多数人并不了解法律的基础设定有关系，分享一点我的看法供参考。
