Legal Issues in Self-Defense

You carry a gun, a knife, or your fancy keychain pepper spray with the idea that at some point you may indeed have to use either in self-defense.  But did you ever consider how to decide when the right time is? or how to articulate it after the fact?  If you didn't you are setting yourself up for failure!
