Lab Values:
TSH: 1.5-3
T4: 6-12
Free, T4: 1-1.5
If T4 is low, you need Iodine
Active Hormone (T3): 100-180
Active Hormone (Free,T3): 3-4
If T3 is low, you need to figure out why you aren’t converting.
TPO Antibodies: below 34 (anything above they say Hasimotos)
Reverse T3: 9.2-24 (if this is off, it is a cortisol issue)
T3 Uptake: 28-38 (if outside of those parameters it is an estrogen dominance issue)
