Caring for the Animal Kingdom

Welcome back to another episode!  Today I am talking with my friend Ariel Mann about the Animal Kingdom.  Through spending time with her family, including her dog and cat, I realized there is so much more to taking care of animals than I have ever really thought about.  Ariel guides us through her routines which includes the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical realms of supporting her animals.  I also peel back the curtain as to why I was so standoff-ish with animals and how/why my perspective is shifting.
