Those are some of the questions being asked today based on new reporting from MS-NOW that then senior DOJ Official Emil Bove (now Judge Bove) was handed an internal FBI and DOJ memo that disclosed that Border Czar Tom Homan was caught in a $50,000 bribe undercover sting operation, and then did nothing about it, allowing Trump to grant Homan security clearance.
