Bec: Hi Dr Cabral,Firstly I just want to say thank you for absolutely everything that you do to help others. You are amazing and I love your positive and high vibe approach to health and nutrition! My question is… I've already done the CBO and am about to repeat it in order to fully remove the candida and bacteria. I tried the heal and seal for 2 months but unfortunately was getting a histamine reaction and so had to stop. Is there another product I can take to help seal up the gut wall? I'm taking 5g of l glutamine and am already on extra zinc. I was hoping there might be another product I could use that would have all the necessary ingredients rather than trying to source them all separately. Thank you so much
Bec: Hi again Dr C, Just have another question. As I mentioned I'm going to do the CBO again shortly (doing parasite cleanse first). I'm very underweight and know from my OATS test (I did the big 5 tests) that I have high oxalates. I also seem to react to lectins and high FODMAP foods- so a very leaky gut all round! I'm worried that by following the sensitive gut diet strictly for 3 weeks, then it is likely I will lose even more weight. I tried upping my starchy carbs last time but unfortunately that caused a lot more bloating. Do you have any advice? Thank you so much
