Chaneé has been a coach since 2013. She skipped the 9-to-5 grind and went straight to pursuing her passions of being a personal trainer, professional competitor, and online fitness and competition prep coach. 

She's the host of the Your Highest Self podcast, founder of the Highest Self Mastermind & Community Membership that helps aspiring coaches breakthrough mind blocks and create the conviction to go from a self-conscious nobody to a self-confident leader. 

As a fitness professional and high-performance coach, she's guided 15+ clients to competitions where they earned pro status and top rankings. She has helped over 100 clients reach their health and fitness goals using her signature RESET Method that combines healing diet mentality and body image to create a sustainable lifestyle using the power of their mindset. 

When she's not coaching, you'll find Chaneé reading, boxing, working out, gardening, and fostering orphaned kittens with her husband and 4 Min-Pins in Northern California.
