In life we go through seasons of metamorphosis and sometimes it can seem like your season has been extremely long. It’s in this hidden cocoon season where you can sometimes feel very lonely, even misunderstood as you are changing and forming. It’s in this place of hiddenness that others don't always see the  pioneer in you moving forward, growing and changing. 

It’s in this metamorphosis season where often times the shaking, and the squeezing is happening and can feel painful. I get it and totally understand. In life there will be seasons like this because life happens. It's in the valleys, and Mountaintops that we change with life and if we lean in we grow, if we shrink away we can inwardly die. Come with me on this journey of Metamorphosis and see that change can be healthy and good if we let it.
