The Anytime Intimacy Refresher

Has it ever seemed like the intimacy in your marriage felt stagnant?  Like it wasn't moving forward and just stuck in a rut?

I'm sure we have all been there before.  But what we may not have realized is the possibility that we could still be carrying around some of the old assumptions or expectations about marriage and intimacy from our earlier years.  When these expectations stay on the back burner of our mind, we won't always realize how they are still showing up... even after years of marriage, draining our energy and motivation.

In today's episode, we are going to revisit some old expectations that we may have had when we were dating, engaged, or newly married.  We are going to challenge our Thoughts about them, and replace them with correct Thoughts... that serve our marriage far better.   There is no need to remain drained of the feel-good energy that comes when you can see what's actually possible for your relationship!
