On this week of Muskies On Tap we bring to you a local legend and guide Todd "Tadpole" Powell. Todd grew up in Eagle River, WI and cut his teeth guiding at a very young age. Fishing has been a huge part of his life and he shares some of his fondest memories. Todd's stories are second to none so you don't want to miss out on this one!
