Docs Who Rock: Dr. Erin Henry, ”The Ivy, in Ivy League”, Chief of Staff for NML

Raised in Milwaukee's Sherman Park neighborhood, Erin Henry is a Doc Who Rocks! She's the Senior Director – Strategy and Planning, and Chief of Staff at Northwestern Mutual, where she supports strategy and operations for the HR executive office. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Masters in Sociology from Harvard, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Her BA is in Economics and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has published several academic articles and case studies. Henry is a member of the Cardinal Stritch University Business Advisory Council.
