While pelvic health is typically associated with women, Dr. Owens stresses that men also face pelvic floor dysfunctions and can benefit greatly from therapy. We discuss why pelvic floor therapy is important, and we both work our pelvic floor muscles live on-air. Also, listen if you want to never look at blueberry the same again. (Although very helpful!)
