I'm not qualified is something that most have said in response to a call that God has placed on our life. We allow our past to be the deciding factor for our qualifications. 

Romans 11:29 says, "For God's gifts, and His call are irrevocable."
Our past mistakes, our works today, is not what qualifies us.
