#101 - Is the Real Estate Pay Structure Fair and Who Likes Tatoos?

This week's episode is about the real estate agent pay structure. The standard pay for a seller is 6%; 3% to the seller's agent and the 3% to the buyer's agent.  In the scheme of things, this a very costly venture for the seller. For the buyer it is 2-6% of the purchase price to obtain the home for fees, title, taxes, insurance etc.  Does the system need to be changed?
