Patricia from the Instagram out Neshama’s Journey joined me recently to tell her own grief story since losing her Mum from pancreatic cancer in November 2019.

We talk about how difficult the first few weeks are after losing someone, how our relationships with our friends and loved ones can be affected, the importance of speaking out about grief and not letting it be a taboo and how Patricia has found grieving during a global pandemic.
