包丽案一审宣判，男友定罪量刑够么？或将在两月后获释

曾经引发全网关注的北大女生包丽（陈某某）被男友pua自杀一案，今天做出一审判决，男友牟林翰被判虐待罪获刑三年两个月，法院判决中对家庭成员、虐待行为、精神虐待定罪等论述都很值得参考，不过根据这个判决牟林翰可能在两个月后获释，家属目前正申请抗诉但恐难成功。
