Hebrews 6:10 (KJV)
For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love, which ye have shewed toward His name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
Our scripture above gives a basic definition of unrighteousness, which many might not want to hear. Still, you are only helped when your ignorance is confronted. The Bible says God is not “unrighteous” to forget, which means if He were to forget, He would become “unrighteous.” According to this scripture, everyone who forgets something good done to him or her is “unrighteous.” There are no two ways about it.
There is a brother or sister who helped you before, a ministry where you were nourished and assisted, or even a subordinate who might have helped you. Take time today to appreciate them. Call, text, or find some way to express your appreciation. Even a kind word is enough to appreciate someone. Choose to be righteous by not forgetting other people’s good works that they did in your own life.
