G's home from the Tour and adapting back to life at home after the best part of three months on the road. Sadly, his wifi signal was nowhere near as strong as his riding has been lately, and we lost him halfway through the record - but he was on great form before that!

Luke enlisted the help of Producer George - hello! - to finish the pod, pick our Chapeau of the Tour, and preview his first ever race as an official Sport Director. Good luck Rowey!
